Last month’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2012 conference, hosted by ULIsf over the course of two days, brought into focus the most pertinent issues facing industry players in the coming twelve month. The session commenced in San Francisco, with key notes from Gary Schlossberg, Senior Economist of Wells Fargo, and Charles DiRocco, Director of Real Estate Research at Price Waterhouse Cooper.
