On Tuesday, September 20, the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research (SPUR) group hosted a ULI San Francisco and Green Building Council co-sponsored event that engaged and invigorated the audience on the components of green cities. San Francisco #1 Least-Polluting Metro

Urban areas around the world account for an estimated 71 percent of energy-related greenhouse gas emissions (including everything from power plants to automobile driving).
