The Urban Land Institute-San Francisco Names Elliot R. Stein Executive Director Leading Global Real Estate Association’s Second Largest Chapter. The Urban Land Institute-San Francisco, the non-profit organization of land-use professionals, announced today the appointment of Elliot R. Stein as Executive Director effective May 7, 2012. Bill Clinton Congratulates ULI for Honor Award

Recap: Redefining Oakland’s Broadway Corridor
The City of Oakland received a boost from ULI’s national expertise in re-visioning the Broadway corridor. The March 1st presentation at City Hall Council of Chambers culminated the City Study Visit, one component of the year-long program for the Oakland ULI Rose Center Fellows, four Oakland officials, Deanna Santana, Gregory Hunter, Aliza Gallo and Mayor Jean Quan. ULI San Francisco Names New Chairman
ULI San Francisco is pleased to announce Michael Jameson as incoming chairman. Mike is succeeding Rick Dishnica and will hold the position for a three-year term, through July 2014. Jameson serves as the volunteer leader of our 1,800-member District Council, encompassing the greater Bay Area. He has been actively involved in many capacities within ULI, including Chairman of Sponsorship and longtime UrbanPlan volunteer.
