What worked 2-3 years ago does not any more as real estate financial leaders are changing industry practices to meet new market and regulatory constraints. The focus of this panel will be on what capital sources are available for real estate today, how these products have changed, and what trends we can expect to see in the future through the eyes of investors, advisors and agents.
