Please join industry veteran Tomas Schoenberg for an interactive discussion of career pathways. With 2010 upon us ask the right questions to understand where you have been in your career, what you are learning now, and what you are looking for in the future. Tomas will lead a lively discussion of the merits of goal setting, self assessment, networking and other factors to help chart the course of a satisfying career in the real estate industry.

During Tomas’ 30-year real estate career, he has worked in a variety of settings, both institutional and non-institutional, and is now a Senior Vice President of The Swig Company, LLC where he directs the firm’s acquisitions and finance activities. Tomas is also an active mentor in the ULI Mentor Program and a frequent juror of ULI’s UrbanPlan at Bay Area high schools.
