Capital Markets 2010 Part II: Asset Advisory, Receivership and Workout Strategies Emerging in the Downturn

Please join us for an in-depth discussion on the current-and-near-future of how troubled properties are trickling out of lenders’ hands, and the type of advisory work and opportunity-buying they present. With a panel of experts engaged in actual receivership and advisory work, plus bank-advisors and consultants active in the space, the discussion will illuminate opportunities for developers, investors, investment managers, and real estate consultants as properties make their way to re-marketing, turnaround, REO or outright sale. How are these trickle-out property deals being handled? What banks are on the ‘watch’ list? What sales and valuation trends are forming? How might real estate people position themselves to participate in this brave new world and its aftermath?
