The plan for the 20-acre site includes 1,250 residential units, with 25% set aside as affordable, as well as three parks and 105,000 sf of neighborhood serving retail, including a grocery store. The Old Schlage Office Building (constructed in 1922), will be restored and converted into community space and offices.
