What are the causes of financial distress? How is the current state of the U.S. economy and the capital markets impacting real estate investors, owners and developers? What options do investors have when they are facing a default? What is a foreclosure and how does the process work? Find out how financial distress impacts the broader real estate market as well as our own local communities.
