YLG Networking – Socializing at Schroeder’s
On April 26, ULI hosted a networking event at Schroeder’s, a restaurant that built its reputation during the Worlds Fair of 1939 for its classic style Bavarian brats, schnitzels, and cabbage after being purchased for pieces of gold. On this occasion it was the venue for the quarterly networking event hosted by the ULI Young Leaders Group. Soon after the event started the evening was humming with activity and people. ULIsf Names Elliot R. Stein Executive Director
The Urban Land Institute-San Francisco Names Elliot R. Stein Executive Director Leading Global Real Estate Association’s Second Largest Chapter. Levare Tour Recap
On Thursday morning, April 26, ULI Silicon Valley partnered with the American Institute of Architects’ Silicon Valley chapter to produce a fantastic breakfast panel and tour of Levare, the newest rental property at Santana Row. Doyle Drive Tour Recap
On a sunny Friday morning, a ULI group met in the Presidio to tour the Doyle Drive redevelopment project. Mark Helmbrecht of the Presidio Trust and Molly Graham of Circlepoint generously shared their knowledge and insights as we strolled around the construction site. Although only one of the two project phases is complete, Doyle Drive is clearly transforming into the new Presidio Parkway. New SF PUC Headquarters Tour Recap
New PUC Building is Prototype for San Francisco Sustainable Design Projects… Originally slated to achieve LEED Silver status, the new 277,000 square foot, thirteen-story San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (PUC) headquarters and administration building, located at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, is expected to exceed LEED Platinum certification.
