The Executive Committee Chair is nominated by the Leadership Development Group (made up of past Chairs) and elected by the full Executive Committee to a 1-year term, renewable up to 3 terms.
All Executive Committee members are appointed by the Chair, with input from the Executive Committee, to a renewable 3-year term.
The Executive Director shall maintain a list of skills and categories we seek in new Executive Committee members.
