MAJOR PROGRAMS

Major Programs offer in-depth, comprehensive examinations of topical issues with a panel of experts. Major Programs are held 2-4 times a year, reaching audiences of 100 or more.

BROWNBAG LUNCHES

Our Brownbag Lunches provide an opportunity for ULI members to meet with leaders in the real estate field and discuss real-world challenges and lessons learned. Lunches are held several times a month throughout the Bay Area. Brownbags are free for ULI members only.

BREAKFAST TOURS

Lattes and land use! Our Breakfast Tours feature on-site visits of innovative new development projects around the Bay Area. Breakfast Tours are held every month in San Francisco, East Bay and South Bay. Breakfast Tours are $40 for ULI Members, $70 for non-members, with discounts for public sector, young leaders, and students.
